Writing So far this term Room 13 students have learned about poetry and procedure styles of writing.During our procedure lessons we learned how to write instructions for various tasks. We often brainstormed verbs (doing words) to help us write an interesting and clear procedure. Cooking pizzas and writing a 'How to Make a Pizza' procedure was our favourite part!We have written various types of poems. Now we know how to write rhyming couplets, describing poems, I wish poems, lymericks and acrostic poems. Here are some poetry examples from students.
